a snapshot of my first day of exercise.
It's time to get rid of the weight I have gained during the summer.
First day of exercise:
(1)50 minutes on the treadmill.
(2) 50 sit-ups.
After 50 minutes, I was exhausted and only burned 264 calories. The Danish pastry and coffee I had this morning were probably more than 264 calories already. *SIGH* I need to get myself back into shape.
