Carpe Diem
Tis only in their dreams that men truly be free,
Twas always thus, and always thus will be.
-KEATING

Last week, Andy was playing a movie called [Dead Poets Society]
It‘s a movie very similar to [The Emperor’s Club]
These two movies are both about teacher and students
In the Dead Poets Society, Robin Willians is the teacher “Mr. Keating”
Mr. Keating was going back to his mother school to teach
His mother school was very traditional
Mr. Keating doesn’t like the way the school ask him to teach his students
So, he uses his own way to teach them
An unique way to learn what is poem
Although Mr., Keating leaves school at the end in the movie
But I do believe that he already give something different to his students to their life

A new point of view to see their own life

“Carpe Diem” is the main idea in this movie
It’s a Latin word
In Chinese means “及時行樂”

Andy says:「enjoy the word of their life or their beauty, if you don’t, it seems waste your life.」

So
What’s the real answer for “enjoy the life”?

We always works so hard
We always spent lots of time to do things we don’t know why we do it

Is this our life should be?

We born in the world
Then go to school
From elementary school to college
After the graduation, find the first job
Meets someone, then married
Few years later, have the first child
You start work hard for the family
One day, you find yourself become an old man walks in the park

Is this our real life?

Who can tell me the answer?
