松記 with Ben

My muscle is so painful, especailly when I wake up in the morning. But I know that's normal for a beginner. I will make some effort in this few months. But really fatigue.....I mean my muscle, so I go swimming at the afternoon, in order to let my muscle have some rest. Of course, I swim in slow motion. Many guys are there for sunbath.

Have dessert with Ben at 松記 near my home. Really the first time, and thx. Never Pacific Bar la, I always dun like alcoholic drinks.
