As all HK staff went back to HK on Friday for annual dinner. I an Sarah were left in FuJian with 2 Beijing staff. On that night, we had dinner at a Western restaurant, which is quite expensive. And I dun think the main course is delicious. We brought some 'chess' to play in a department store. We did play happily at night, and I haven't lost any games. The 2 brutal staff hammered out we would go hiking tmr.
It is always cruel for us to wake up on 8:00 Sunday, of course not in HK, but here. When we arrive the mountain by 9:00, there are lots of ppl there already, some of them are even leaving the mountain! The mountain is about 1800m, and we have spent 2 hours for reaching the peak. It is discouraging that the views are not impressive, at least not as impressive as HK peak. Anyway, I tried to enjoy the journey. Luckily, they decide go down the mountain by cable car. After arriving hotel about 3:00, I am so tired that I sleep at once......
At night, while i and Sarah were chating in my room, Ernest returns. Cards, magazines, VCDs.....are brought to us. Great. He has a mixed blessing: Interns can leave about 6-7pm afterwards. It is so called coz it is very extermely boring in hotel, but it is suffering for us to leave office around 12:00. Anyway, we went out to have some food and sleep around 2:30.
