Long time no see - 2018

Happy 2018.  New Year New Me.  Here we go. 

Here are some things I need to work on:

1. Use "I feel" language. "When you forget about the things that are important to me, I feel hurt."  So they can understand how their actions impact you. 

2. Stay open to the other person's perspective. 

3. Worry less and let go more. 

4. Less control. 

5. 溫柔多一點,大聲少一點
