the Company’s disturbing flirtation with insolvency

這裡的flirtation意指：輕忽的態度。這句話我覺得滿有意思因為他是絕對的英語思考，所以對我們來講必須要多讀幾次才會懂。

倫敦劇場上演的狀況讓我們知道有一種新的公民出現了。而這種公民推動了emergent（這裡不知要當「意外」還是「突然」好？）的帝國形式。這種帝國形式是由喪失美國殖民地以及東印度公司輕忽處理破產跟專制問題所引起的。

我的造句：
The incidents happened yesterday allow us to understand how a misunderstanding could come into exist into an totally unexpected form, one suited to furthering the emergent form of fast-love relationship inaugurated by the loss of self-confidence and by one’s disturbing flirtation with others’ sincere intention to develop a long-term relationship.
