someone who keeps something that they do not really want in order to prevent anyone else from having it 擁有某物,自己不真想要,但也不想給別人


例如--
1.Stop being such a dog in the manger and let your sister ride your bike if you’re not using it.
2.Don’t be a dog in the manager.Let’s him go.(某方劈腿,夫妻鬧離婚或男女朋友,死不放手,不讓第三者得逞就可用這句話)
