Lillix is a Juno-nominated girl pop/rock band from Canada. The original lineup of Lillix was sisters Tasha-Ray Evin and Lacey-Lee Evin, Louise Burns, and Kim Urhahn. The Evin sisters and Burns were school buddies and played music together when they were merely 11 years old.
Lillix's debut album Falling Uphill via Madonna's label Maverick Records was released in 2003. The spirited first single "It's About Time" was well received by teenage audience. The song was also doing exceptionally well in Japan, peaking at No. 17 on the local Top 20 chart. The band is also well known for other Falling Uphill songs like "Tomorrow", and "What I Like About You" (The Romantics's cover, OST of Freaky Friday and 13 Going on 30).
