Maroon 5 was huge in 2004, and went on to pick up the Best New Artist in Grammys 2005. "She Will Be Loved", the third single from their debut album Songs About Jane, was the song in which lead singer Adam Levine electrified the world with his skillful falsetto singing voice.
The song was also renowned for its movie-like music video. Sophie Muller, who directed numerous dramatic MVs like Nelly Furtado's "Turn Off The Light" and Gwen Stefani's "Cool", masterminded the MV and glamorized it with actress Kelly Preston's Hollywood star power. The pretty young lady in the clip was played by Corinne Carrey, the niece of you-know-which-Carrey. It's a pity that she is not that active in the entertainment industry since then.
