The Unfriendly Elephant

This is not the poem you’d like to write most
It is not about long scarves in the winter wind
or birds with feathers glowing in new born sunshines

It walked along with smiley faces
With sporadic mercy from the honored landlord
Just when you’re about to appreciate it
It turned itself into the grayness in forests of cloudy days
The observing eye of an enemy
It watched, it hovered, quietly, it seemed so unreal
But so real at the same time
A dark corner of the society, forced to constrict
Never knew how to rhyme

Suddenly you realized
It won’t be the perfect old poem
you smile whenever you see it
It won’t be one of those you can proudly put on the list of
“Life Accomplishments”

It won’t be the poem you’d like to write most
But then again, who can blame it?
It’s just a herd of words





這其實是在我們去請求換Home stay的期間

（有點憤怒的）寫的

原本是在描寫Home媽

其實我後來覺得　她也還滿辛苦的

(所以我後來加了 forced to constrict
因為有些其實不是她個人的錯)

這才對嘛
就爽快的考完一次就可以出國去啦
當然會有不好的經驗啦
但是總而言之是很棒的
