2007國際研討會「國際貿易下的文化多樣性：政策與實踐」】
時間：6月28日（四）~6月29日（五）
地點：福華文教會館103會議室

2005年10月20日，聯合國教科文組織第33屆大會通過了「保護文化內容和藝術表現形式多樣化公約」(the Convention on the Protection and Promotion of the Diversity of Cultural Expressions，簡稱文化多樣性公約)。該公約之主要目標即為透過交換以及合作，創造一肯認所有文化表達本身所具有之多樣性與創造性的環境，並使全人類都能因此受惠。
本研討會不僅將檢討文化多樣性公約之背景、實體與程序規範及其可能之影響，也將檢驗其內容與WTO法律之關係。未來在WTO組織架構下，將可能透過協商制度尋求文化政策議題之新規範。貿易與文化之間的界線擴大之後，爭端解決小組與上訴機構未來也可能援引文化多樣性公約做為判斷之參考。
