Manager︰What seems to be the problem, ma'am？
經理︰小姐，出了什麼問題嗎？
Customer︰I got my hair cut by Becky yesterday, but I think it looks terrible on me.
顧客︰昨天貝琪幫我剪頭髮，可是我覺得它看起來醜斃了。
Manager︰Becky is one of our best stylists. Maybe the haircut was too much of a change for you.
經理︰貝琪是我們最棒的髮型師之一。也許這個髮型對您來說改變太大了。
Customer︰No. I actually found it was uneven when I examined it in the mirror at home. I demand my money back right now.
顧客︰才不是。我在家照鏡子檢查時，發現它竟然像狗啃的一樣。我要求現在就退費。
Manager︰I'm sorry, ma'am. We don't give refunds, but I can have one of our other stylists cut your hair again if you want.
經理︰小姐，很抱歉。我們不退費的，但若您願意的話，我可以叫我們另一位髮型師替您再剪一次。

以下介紹可用來「說服」顧客髮型並沒有失敗的英文說法：
．It will look better once it grows out a bit.
（一旦頭髮留長一點，就會比較好看了。）
．It will relax after a week or so.
（過一周左右捲度就會變自然了。）
．Just give yourself some time to get used to it.
（給您自己一點時間習慣它就好了。）

以下介紹「要求退費」的其他英文說法：
