We were getting to know each other more in Montreal,
because of taking pictures. They are from Scoland, and both of them are the exchanged students in University of victoria.
We love to take more pictures and know more about the history and culture of the city. Of course, after 9 days trip, we become best partners. Even last two days in Toronto.
Ruth and I spent some time together alone after the tour. We went to Shoes Museum. We had plan to go CN tower with Bruce, but we missed each other. Then I walked back to hostel in a sad mood. Because I was thinking, I could never see them again in my life. When I was eating my instant noodles in hostel cafeteria, I heard someone phoning and asking about a girl. I thought...maybe that is Ruth. But I did not ask. The next day, I went to China Town alone. Then get ready for going back to Winnipeg next morning.
When I hopped on the airport shuttle bus in the morning, you know who I saw?
RUTH!!!!
We were screaming.....
We felt sad for leaving Toronto without saying goodbye to each other. We were so exciting on the bus, then we had hot chocolate in the airport and a ”goodbye! hug”
We still email each other and contact each other through mail and card. When I was sad, Ruth sent email to comfort me. I miss her, such a sweet girl--Ruth.
