向晚時分
At dusk towards the evening
落寞寂靜
Feeling lonely in quietness
來往步道的跫音被夜幕吞沒
The sound of the footsteps on the two-way walk-path was swallowed by dead darkness as the night curtain falls
晚風來不及催促
The nightly breezes came too late to urge just
只給剛飄落的枯葉
in time to bid the last tender farewell
最後一聲溫柔的告別
To the dead leaves that’ve just drifted and fallen
花已離枝
Flowers were already left the branches
不再覬覦天空的雲彩
No longer cast their coveted greedy eyes on the colored clouds in the sky
任由東南西北飄零
一坏黃土
Freely allowing the handful is soil coming drifting from all the directions fallen to
守護單薄的種籽
Watch over the thin and weak seedlings
也埋下來春的期待
Meanwhile burying the hope to expect the arrival of spring
