Who needs to leatn English in 8 months? Be honest-lots of forengn students need to learn English to enter Diploma programme, I am among them too. If you say that, do you think you need to learn English or Business English? In this short time, are you sure you can understand all of the grammar, vacabulary, writing,etc?
However, English is a difficult language to learn, it means if you don’t have an English foundation, you also can not cope with your English studies. Because time become shorter. Therefore you can not start learning from the base. Beside this, you also can not be sure your English language ability which learn in this 8 months will help you to cope with your Diploma programme. The most terrible thing is many students choose to take a crash course in English. For example, some students worry about if they can graduate in smooth going? Or some older students hope finish their studies immediately, therefore they try to use a short time to achieve the goal. In fact, the purpose of learning English in 8 months is hope to enter Diploma programme.
There still some solution to these question all above. Firstly, students could join an English class before leaving homou can watch some films or listen to music with this language.
In conclusion, if some clever students, learning English in 8 months is an effective method, but some others never reach the required level in such a short time. In my opinion, learning English in 8 months is a impossible mission, because the time is too short, so, some of the subjects are just treated in a rather superficial manner. However some people don’t agree with the statement, although there are many problems, we also get a lot of solution to solve them.
