大人口味的咖啡起司蛋糕 Coffee Liqueur Cheesecake

crust
1 cup. crusehed graham crackers
2 Ts butter
a pinch nugmet, cinnamon

Filling

1 package cream cheese
1 egg
1/8 cup coffee, brewed
1/4 coffee liqueur (I used vanilla instead)
1/2t vanilla extract (omit the vanilla cuz the liqueur already is)
1/2 cup sour cream
1t unsweet cocoa
(i cant believe i forget the sugar@@

basic just beat the cream cheese , add in egg, liquid
375f 187c (200 at my home oven) 25 mins.

Cant wait for the result cuz forget to add sugar
