Sourdough Starter (make 2 cups)
1T dry yeast
2cups warm water
3Ts sugar
1t salt
2cups all purpose flour
Dissolve yeast in warm water, stir in sugar and salt, beat in flour by hand. Transfer to a large container for 3 days in room temp. stir down each day.
