I rarely eat outside, even when I was in Macau. I actually like to eat outside a lot, but I am used to give myself a reason for each trade. The “reason” can be really simple and silly fortunately, such as, “I slept late last night” or “I paid attention in class today”, I am used to reason out some sort of mood to buy the food, whereas initially this is an act that should be so routine and ordinary to the others.
Last week, I didn’t spend any money and time to eat anything cooked outside. This week, not including what I ate at home (the quantity increased since the temperature of the surrounding decreased), here’s what I’ve ate outside so far:
Monday: Super Pork Kebob, from school’s food cargo.
Tuesday: French Fries, from school’s cafeteria.
Wednesday: Ice Cream mixed with sneakers and apples, from Cold Stone.
Strange for me, huh...
Perhaps I don’t want to think anymore.
But then I realized that thinking is a negative feedback for me. I must think in order to control myself. Perhaps the others don’t think because they don’t need to, but I must think. Well known for my lack of self-restraint, self-control, self-discipline, I must think more for compensation.
And so, after a careful and serious thought about the matter, here’s my conclusion:
1. The food outside is unhealthy.
2. Eating outside is expensive.
3. Eating outside means exposing oneself to food hygiene problems
4. Eating outside encourages improper food treatment (which should be happening inside the food dealers’ kitchen), which can give rise to more mutation chances for the hazardous bacteria or microorganisms that depend on those foods for nutrients. This provides an effect on the other sector of the ecosystem too.
5. Eating outside alone (as what I’ve did this week) promotes a lonely mood within oneself. This can lead to potential emotion problems.
6. Eating outside helps to stop one’s own cooking skill from improving.
7. Eating outside is bad to the Earth and the environment because it treats more waste than if one cooks at home.
8. Eating outside is likely to increase one’s weight and damage one’s outlook.
9..........
Finally, I succeed in destroying my desire to eat outside anymore.
