  Because all the sequelae from HIV and HARRT really bother me from time to time, I complained a lot to the people around me. Although I was carefully to find a proper excuses in order to cover the real reason behind them, but still people who close to me stared to doubt maybe something really wrong with me and ask me to get a blood work. That actually warned me to shut my mouth up. So I stop complaining. And remaining silent even for my blogger. The proverb said " the more we say, the more we are wrong." And I always believe in this for my life of principle. But knowing something to truly practice them, sometimes is totally different two things.
