Experience in Las Vegas (4)

終於 在大約30-45分鐘的飛行以後, the helicopter started to descend into the Ganyon, and 我們到達了今天要picnic的峽谷. The helicopter slowed itself even more as it approached 懸崖邊的一小塊平地 where 3 other helicopters had already landed.

This particular landing platform area 據pilot先生說 是跟Red Indian租的. Actually, there are many such heliport platform areas in the Canyon, but ours was the one that was probably the lowest and closest to the Colorado River (the little river on the backdrop of the picture above).

Side:
一聽到是跟Red Indian租的 笨甜開心的問 這裡開車不能到阿 那他們會不會騎馬過來巡視他們的地呢? 我們有沒有機會看到他們 與他們照像阿?
大家都笑了 說笨甜電影看太多…
total of 5台 helicopters were parked at the platform, 外加幾桌picnic tables
拿出一盒一盒小小的snack packs
裡面有crackers, cheese, fresh veggie, fruits and dips
大家坐下來 邊看Grand Canyon的斷層 一層一層的美 邊吃picnic
Pilot先生還拿出香檳 氣氛佳 食物好
連頭暈都好了一大半 *開心* (Even the birds joined our company)

大約30分鐘左右 大夥兒吃吃 喝喝 拍照也都做得差不多了
收一收垃圾 上機回Las Vegas去
途中 我們停在一處空曠地加油 這個時候笨甜又暈的變軟腳甜了
Teddy突然拿出相機 照了一張軟腳甜的照片 (BTW, this particular facial expression is what Teddy called, 超可愛的可愛 face.. *shy*shy*)

After refueling, we got back to the helicopter, and in about 35分鐘左右 我們終於又回到那條’起飛道’
這個時候 軟腳甜已經快變成KO甜了
還沒吐喔!! *拍拍手* (Teddy is very proud of me for holding it together during the flight.. Kiss and Hug from Teddy)
一下helicopter 馬上跑到女廁去 KO

Side: During the whole trip, everyone on the helicopter was extremely friendly, and a couple of them even offered me some gum to chew to relieve my dizziness. Although that did not really help much, but I really appreciated their friendliness and kindness.

回到Signature以後 與Teddy一起到hotel walkway裡的food court吃午餐
想體驗一下正統美國午餐 今天中午吃hotdog喔!!

午餐後 與Teddy到MGM的lobby去看gambling machine
這次 Teddy教好奇甜how do these machines work
小試身手一下 玩個1 cent的 小贏30cents
換一台機器再玩 小贏50 cents
就這樣小玩小玩的 最後贏了$5喔!!!
小玩甜的Gambling 初體驗 成績還可以吧? 嘿嘿

稍晚 回到房間睡個覺 讓頭暈好一點
醒來後泡個澡 洗個spa放鬆一下
晚上的活動才要開始!
