下面是在網上看到一個招才廣告,明明是中國企業去法國發展,但他們請的人就要是法國本土人,難道中國人就不可以去應徵了嗎?
在法國職場上就一直講究招才不能歧視外國人,結果這件所謂的全中國最大的電腦公司[聯想],還沒打聽清楚就先聲明只要[Native French is must (母語必须是法語者)].這不是歧視是什麽?
如果中國人自己做賤自己,那就不要怪哪天他們被告到法院去了 !

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
财 Oversee market research, monitors competitive activity, understand and find potential market requirement.
财 Integrate and coordinate Geo’s 4P marketing roadmap, direct marketing campaigns and marketing plan, marketing resource management
财 Design the pricing and product configuration by business case, work out the product transition plan and execution.
财 Work out sale forecast, based on channel inventory, sale out and marketing roadmap
JOB REQUIREMENTS
财 5+ years sales and marketing experience in PC industry, or great understanding about local retail channels
财 Thorough knowledge of professional marketing function
财 Ability to work effectively with functional organization and lead a group to consensus
财 Technical understanding of products is a distinct advantage
财 Marketing/Business degree or equivalent
财 Frequent business travel within France & China
财 Native French is a must, proficient English is also a must, understanding Chinese is preferred.
