-- 由於地球越轉越慢，巴黎的國際地球運轉服務中央局將在今年年尾

Leap Second

-- With the Earth now rotating more slowly, the Central Bureau of the International Earth Rotation Service in Paris will add an extra “leap second” to the end of 2005 to keep the modern atomic clocks and the Earth from getting out of synch with one another.
