I went to see Doctor this afternoon..
He told me that I am an extremely crtical person to myself.
Is it?
I don’t know.

But I feel some familiar feelings that I felt 2 years ago.
Do I worry? Yes, a little bit.

It is really difficult to control myself.

I feel sorry for people around me.
I hate myself.
