An interesting tale ever been written that a professor entered in a classroom and wrote down a “O” on the blackboard. Then he asked “what do you see?” A student rose his/her hand and said “That is a Zero, sir.” The other one answered “Oxygen symbol, sir.” And another one said “That is a cookie, sir.” Then everybody laughed. Finally, the professor said “This is only a circle, but we all can explain it as what you think. As your feeling different, you may think it as other thing. Just like this world and every thing we see, we touch, we feel. We read this world by our heart.”
All what I want to say is concluding in the upper tale. We read this world by our heart. Sue-Tong-Po ever sighed in the Tzi-bi song with emotion. To visit a same place may give us totally divergent feeling. Even, two people cannot make the same judge in one thing. So, maybe you sometimes confused that why can a poet write thing rhetorically but we just common. That is because we read this world by different language.
Look at this picture. How would you describe this picture by word? Maybe you just say “There is a person stand on the beach and look at sky.” Or you may say “The man open his arms toward the sky and begging for something.”
Thousand people may make thousand answer. Which one is the best? I don’t know. A poet may say:
He opened his arms like a butterfly toward the sky.
To be free to fly is his small hope.
More, want the world can be the same.
Simple saying, we read this world by common reading and common feeling. But when you want to make a poem, you should read the world by all your life experience and feel want you feel by sensitive thought. Then, try it! Take you paper and pen to the outside and see what can you see in the world.
