今日淩晨，流行樂之王ＭＩＣＨＡＥＬＪＡＣＫＳＯＮ終于揮別塵世，繁華落盡。

全球數以億計的擁躉，用燭光鮮花歌舞送別這位一生充滿傳奇卻又備受爭議的王者。

ＭＪ不僅是流行樂之王，也是紀錄之王；世紀追思會吸引全球目光不在話下，死後身價絲毫不輸給生前的演唱會。我國一位長情男歌迷更在報紙刊登一黑白一色彩全版挽詞悼念，檳城新光大廣場上週日也舉辦活動紀念ＭＪ並設獻花區，相信均是史無前例的壯舉吧？

在ＭＪ之前，比較令江郎感觸的已故外國名人只有一個，那就是永遠美麗的戴安娜王妃！記得當時，江郎也曾日日追看戴妃的新聞，後來更收藏一本她的紀念特輯；直到幾個月前由於家裏空間實在有限，才依依不捨地將這本珍存多年的書籍割愛，捐獻本報資料室。

對於ＭＪ，江郎稱不上稔熟。但這個名字，無可否認在江郎年紀尚小時，已是如雷貫耳。就算不聼西洋歌曲的人，相信都聼過他的大名；就算沒有聼過他的大名，但也一定看過類似他的舞步，因爲世上太多歌手揣摩模仿。ＭＪ在流行樂的金漆招牌，無人能夠替代。

很多歌曲，原來都是他的歌！若非他走了，江郎還真不知道這些小時候聼別人唱過的（也許是曾聼他唱，只是“有耳不識泰山”）每一首都是他的經典名曲；而最先讓江郎“噢”一聲的就是舞曲〈ＢＥＡＴＩＴ〉；江郎只認識〈ＷＥＡＲＥＴＨＥＷＯＲＬＤ〉。

第一次從電視熒幕上看到ＭＪ的表演，也是在唱片行打工的日子裏；慚愧的是，江郎迄今不曉得那卷錄影帶的題目！在特輯裏，渴望ＭＪ“降世”的“信徒”萬人空巷。當他出現一刻，人們瘋似的失控哭叫昏厥，和ＭＪ的月球漫步一樣，深深震撼初見世面的江郎！

眨眼瞬間，連江郎也幾乎錯覺以爲ＭＩＣＨＡＥＬＪＡＣＫＳＯＮ是神，不是人。

上週末，八度空間播放ＭＪ的演唱會。這是江郎第二次在電視熒幕上觀賞ＭＪ表演，初次聚精會神投入。他的演唱會只有四字形容：嘆爲觀止！江郎開始明白，爲何若干年前見識那些為之癡狂的人們着迷得無法自拔。ＭＪ那一腳經典的舞步，已到出神入化的境界！

ＭＪ辭世那天，江郎沒有上班。在家裏忙家務時，忽然聽到電視報告新聞傳來熟悉名字，江郎以爲聼錯，還問媽媽：“ＭＪ死了嗎？”媽媽答：“新聞不是報了嗎？”在接下來的每一天，各家報館給ＭＪ的篇幅都慷慨，江郎才從字裏行間深入了解一代流行樂之王！

報章上那些關於ＭＪ的文字，有好的也有不好的；不好的，早在他的官司判決時，大概都已看過；倒是好的部分，此時才細讀。讓江郎感動的，除了ＭＪ不勝枚舉的善舉外，便是以下這首由他親自譜寫的〈ＣＨＩＬＤＨＯＯＤ〉孤獨的他唱出心聲，聼了教人嘆息！
