「落跑英商」林克穎(Zain Dean)酒駕撞死孝子送報生黃俊德，去年8月在發監前逃亡；黃家人在案發後向林提起民事訴訟，求償1000萬元，台北地方法院5日開庭，林的委任律師則說，希望法官參酌關鍵證人說法，證明林克穎非肇事者。法官於庭末諭知，全案訂27日宣判。

黃俊德的父母都年逾六旬，黃母罹患糖尿病，住在養護中心，黃父平時打零工，沒有固定收入，全靠黃俊德撐起家計。林克穎在2010年撞死黃俊德，台灣高等法院去年(2012)7月26日依酒駕、過失致死及肇事逃逸等罪判刑4年，肇逃部分仍在上訴，其餘定讞刑責需發監執行，林卻在同年8月14日持英籍白人大衛(David)的護照潛逃出境，今年1月29日，檢方對林克穎發布通緝。
此案審理過程中，林克穎從未向黃家人道歉，黃父提起民事訴訟，求償1000萬元，林也沒有賠。台北地院5日上午開庭，林的委任律師說，去年二審宣判到現在，他沒有和林克穎聯絡，也希望法官參酌關鍵證人卓姓酒店小弟的說法，證明林克穎不是肇事者。

林克穎去年8月潛逃出境，今天放話開出3個條件，只要台灣司法單位能做到，一定會回台受審判。

「落 跑英商」 林克穎今天透過在台灣念書的研究所老師發表聲明，並開出3個條件，只要台灣司法單位能做到，一定會回台接受審理。對此，台北地檢署襄閱主任檢察官 黃謀信表示，「檢察官依法執行國家的確定判決，不可能與準受刑人談條件。」台灣對於確定判決本來就有救濟途徑，但絕對不會影響刑之執行。
對於潛逃一事，林克穎在聲明中解釋，他原本是信任中華民國司法，也深信真相會水落石出，但是審理期間，卻遭受極度「偏見」，才會出此下策，趁著到朋友家時，偷走對方的護照。
林克穎表示，如果以下三個的條件，司法單位能夠接受，他願意回到台灣接受審判。首先必須由國際人權組織擔任審判觀察員；其次在審理期間，還要由台灣合法人權單位一同蒞庭；第三則是事發時的關鍵影帶，應成為法庭證物，因為畫面足以證明自己是「無辜」的。

事實上，林克穎在刑事訴訟的過程中，一再爭執審判不公，並表示台灣的司法機關未對他有利的證據去調查，仍被依過失致死、公共危險等數罪判處4年有期徒刑確定。

關於林克穎落跑後還發聲明事件，黃謀信表示，林克穎被通緝原因是發監執行傳喚不到，並非一般審判或偵查中的通緝案件，他的通緝令案號為「執通」。黃謀信說，林克穎如果對於確判決不服氣，可以循救濟程序如聲請再審、聲請非常上訴等，以為自己利益辯護。
黃謀信強調，「檢察官不會跟準受刑人談條件，在確定判決仍維持有罪之前，檢察官對於刑的執行甚至指揮準受刑人發監的法律動作，不會停止。」
