低糧食保障對美國學齡兒童的認知、學習能力和體重增加等影響

以現代社會的觀點來看，人類的營養問題不再侷限於飢餓及糧食不足；肥胖以及其所衍生的疾病對人類的影響具有往後的持續性。為此，在營養的角度取防範於未然，在未發生疾病時先進行打擊肥胖、以及向較易改變的下一代進行正確的營養教育以達長遠而較有利的效益。
