Tony, a four-year-old child, had a next door neighbor,

who was an elderly gentleman, who had recently lost

his wife. Upon seeing the man cry, the little boy went

into the old gentleman’s yard, climbed onto his lap,

and just sat there.

When his mother asked him what he had said to the neighbor,

四歲小湯尼的隔壁，有一位溫文儒雅的老阿伯，

     他的妻子剛剛過世.

有一天,小湯尼看到老阿伯坐在院子的椅子上哭.

    小湯尼溜進老阿伯院子,悄悄地趴在他的身上.

     沒說任何一句話,只是靜靜地在那兒坐著.

後來,小湯尼的母親問他,"當時你在做什麼呢?”

    小湯尼說:”沒做什麼啊!我只是幫他哭!”
