I have almost forgotten the things I have done in Malacca during my last visit until I visited the town again yesterday.
This historical town has changed a lot and looks so different from I what I saw. However, something that remains the same is its beauty and the friendliness of the people living here.
Christ Church Melaka looks as red as usual and the trishaws gathered there decorated the place with blooming colorful flowers. A lovely scene indeed. Perhaps I was too hungry, the old and torn St. Paul church looked like a huge piece of Tiramisu cake to me this time. Yummy..yummy... One disappointment about this trip was that we didn’t get to cruise on a boat in Malacca river. Although I have got the ride many years ago, I still felt sad for not being able to retrieve the memory I had had watching the villages along the river.
Overall the trip itself was a great one. Meeting new people and speaking in my extremely poor Korean that inquires a lot of body languages were something valuable and fun. I afraid I too have to admit that with the accompany of a cute guy who seems to step out from a Korean drama made this trip an even marvelous one!
