Haricot: the real-life market performance can never be calculated, so no matter how much risk management we made, there's always a certain extent of gamble involved.

my intuition tells me u must be a civil servant/teacher :)
too bad that all through those years i did not even have the "awareness" to buy property, let alone stocks. My financial awakenness comes very late, esp when i look back and compare with my classmates.
