LOVE~朋友寫給我～

Jason my dearest,
you are pure inspiration, I am focusing on what you are saying and being. I finally found out that there is a difference between chasing to being loveD and choosing to being love! How cool is that?!?

I got to practice this morning, when I was so out of alignment, seeing my cycle starting to go downwards really well and got that I had a choice to make...

and then I thought of my buddy Jason, how he was being with every flower and noticing the little birds bathing in the fountain and the drop of water splashing up, as well as the clouds forming patterns on the blue backdrop of the L.A. sky on Monday...you did become one with the space you were moving in... that’s how LOVE looks to me...
