1. As an employer, what are the basic needs that u may satisfy for your employee?
The Basic needs that I manage to satisfy my employee are:
Salary, Medication benefits, Annual Leave, career development, Coach and Guidance

2. As part of the employee management, what are the factors that you may concern?
I will normally
1st factor: encourage the relationship between the employer and employee to be a friendly and respectful, where we treat everyone as part of the family.
2nd factor: Create Ownership for the employee in the task. Lets them feel that they are part of the decision maker.
3nd factor: the working place need to be Fun and Creative,
4th factor: Reward and payoff session when successes or learning session occur.

3. Would you concern about your employee individual development and how?
YES. I will personally have a conversation with my employee from time to time to understand their needs and expectation and vise versal, This is to create a healthy and transparence environment between the Employer and Employee. I will create ways to fulfill the needs of my employee for career development.

4. How would you maintain a good relationship between you and your employee?
Having meals together, going Movie or show together. May spend weekend with employee family too. I love to visit my employee family or have a party together during chinese new year. the main reason is to let my employee’s family members know who is he working with. This actually build trust.
And also Listen to my employee. really understand them.

5. How would you think a Public Relation roles in maintaining a good relationship between organization and employee?
PR can actually create events in order to keep motivate everybody in the organization. they actually acts as the lubricant in OFFICE HUMAN RELATION.
