願上帝賜我平靜，接受我無法改變的事；
願上帝賜我勇氣，改變我能夠改變的事；
願上帝賜我智慧，能明辨這兩者的差異。

「神啊，求您賜我寧靜的心，接受我所不能改變的事，賜我勇氣，改變我所能改變；賜我智慧，分辨兩者的差別。神啊，求您教導我，珍惜每一天，享受其中的每一刻，以苦難作為通往平安之路，記念這是耶穌所賜，並非我配得，信靠您降服您的旨意，這樣，我必在此生得享喜樂，將來與您一起，享受永生福樂，阿們。」

God, Grant me the SERENITY, to accept the things I cannot change,
