4. Body & face skincare
5. Do laundry
6. Read a book
7. Play with Tata
8. Make Kim laugh
9. Accomplish a task
10. Paint
11. Sleep

Things that distract me from being in the present and cause me anxiety:
1. Avoiding urgent tasks
2. On the phone
3. Procrastination
4. Think about what others think of me
5. Hating my mom
