Is life about organised progression or spontaneIty?

Since I'm on my iPad again and this lovely, inspiring blog won't show any language other than English, I'm forced to type in english - not that I mind actually, it has been a while for me and my dramatic decline in English mastery is worrying me. Oh, also this blog cannot be edited on an iPad, there will be lots of wtf gibberish and tons of typos, yep sometimes I think I should just get a Facebook account or start writing in long twitter.

Anyway, a thought came over me as I was reading a girl's blogaboutnher travel experiences, her food expeditions and such. And it appears she is living a much happier and fulfilling life than most of us. I have been following her blog since early last year, and every time she updates I find something inspiration from her experiences and perspectives. It makes me question whether I've been living too small every time, every, time.

I wonder if life should be all planned out and sorted in an organised progressive manner, or should it be more spontaneous and free?

Despite my seemingly tedious routines and daily chores, my life has been quite random and spontaneous. For example, I'm typing away on this blog at 11.45pm when I know I should be sleeping by 11pm so I can have my skin cells regenerating. I would ideally wake up at 5.30am everyday so I can go to bikram at 6am in the morning, otherwise I will usually miss the 6pm class and the classes are always crowded and unpleasant in the evening. I would preferably read newspaper, out of leisure, so I can absorb information outside of my professiona nd business, but instead I waste that time on following stupid and useless kpop news - though to be fair I find the hard working and disciplined kpop artists inspirational too.

How should I live my life? Do I want to become this idiot who is only good at her job and not expanding her visions, exploring new information therefore missing out on the bigger picture, or do I want to be more disciplined, organised, and slowly but definitely becoming more knowledges in more areas? What is the ight way to life, is it to be life Allison this girl living in SF who plans her spare time rigorously and spend it in visiting new cities, new countries, exploring new restaurants and sharing her experiences; or should it be more like what I'm doing, focusing only on one thing and only cares to do one thing well, whilst wasting my spare time 'relaxing' but in fact is making me feel more exhausted, don't excercise as much and getting fatter and lazier every day?

What is the key, to lead a happy, healthy, successful life, knowing also how to balance stress and work life, and perhaps able to develop a relationship and a love life?

I don't seem to have the answers but Allison inspired me to explore my options further. Let's start with two changes:
1) must do excercise for at least 1 hour a day. Preferably bikram.
2) must read The Age daily before work.
I pledge to complete these two small tasks no matter how tired I feel. It might be terrible at the beginning but once I get used to the routine it will only give me more strength in the long run, I know it.
