【To pray for all mother-like benefactors: 4 large ostriches to be killed have been rescued】

Essence of ostriches is sadly becoming more popular! There are tons of TV advertisements on the product that many grown-up ostriches are sent to slaughter for the making of essence. Once being treated as animals for watching and appreciation, they are now turned into the ingredients of so-called health supplements that are full of cruelty!

Essence of ostrich progressively substitutes the market share of essence of chickn, based on a research indicating that ostriches do not possess any pathogens of known infectious diseases (which may not hold true)! In the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic, the sellers exaggerate the effect of essense of ostrich, claiming that ostriches are always physically strong and looking healthy in order to boost the sales!

There were many ostrich rearing farms closed down before in Taiwan. However, many are preparing to reopen such a cruel business that the price of an ostrich goes up to TWD$40,000 - 50,000! Many of our poor animal counterparts have to endure the unimaginable torture of live slaughter for up to 20-30 minutes long before they lose their breath, with their bodies twitching and blood shed over the floor! If you do care about animals and would like to lend a helping hand to them, please support us to let more animals escape death!
