PAVA之升斗小民高雄品酒會 (T Da無法參加,但強力推薦!!)

PAVA前言:
最近趁寒流來,整理酒窖,陸續把 1997 的義大利酒找出來放在一起,主要是Chianti Reserva & 100% Sangiovese 的 Super Tuscany,看著這些酒,我突發奇想,高雄酒友們,平常鮮少機會聯絡互動,若參考T Da的方式,也在高雄辦個升斗小民品酒會,藉由這樣的品酒會,或許能增進大家的互動.
承蒙安東尼歐餐廳老闆熱心提供場地,以及T Da的支持推薦.
南部的酒友們,或是入門者,甚至有興趣不得其門而入者,不要怕不懂而害羞,勇敢報名,藉此機會能ㄧ次喝到6款義大利中部Tuscany百年經典年份1997的酒款,並與大家認識交流,何樂不為!
日期: 2月10日星期六 PM:3:00-5:00, 準時開喝, 逾時不候。

注意事項:
1.參加者自備酒杯(最好是一組六個),若你真的貧窮到沒有足夠杯子,留言報名時註明,我們再設法與餐廳商借,但無法保證杯子之數量、適用性與一致性。
2.預計人數為10~12人,目前尚有名額,以留言報名順序決定資格,請留下E-mail or 電話,以利Pava連絡通知。
3.大家均分酒錢,酒以當初購買成本計價,每人不超過NT.700。(安多尼歐餐廳免費贊助場地與麵包+水)
4.主持人無T Da瀟灑英俊與口才,也沒有漂亮美眉當助理,請勿過分期待,酒才是主角。
5.餐廳中下午時段,有麵食套餐供應,單獨用餐或搭Chianti酒是不錯選擇。

WS.89, Attractive aromas of lilacs and raspberries. Medium-bodied, with silky tannins and a fruity, vanilla aftertaste. Best after 2001. (JS)
2. Selvapiana, 1997 Chianti Rufina Riserva
WS.89 , Big, rich and ripe, with loads of tobacco and cherry character. Full to medium body. Velvety tannins. Long finish. Best after 2000. 2,200 cases made. (JS)
3.Riecine, 1997 Chianti Classico Riserva
WS.95. A statuesque Chianti Classico riserva. Benchmark. Aromas of wild raspberries, with hints of toasted oak, licorice and wet earth. Full-bodied, with polished yet chewy tannins and a long,
long finish. Best after 2003. 490 cases made. (490 cases produced).
WA.88. US$30,The dark ruby-colored 1997 Chianti Classico Riserva exhibits abundant quantities of sweet berry and cherry fruit, cedar, balsam wood, and spice scents. Flavorful, with moderate tannin, medium to full body, and excellent to outstanding purity and length, this substantial Chianti can be drunk now or cellared for 10-12 years.
4.Felsina, 1997 Chianti Classico Rancia Riserva
WS. 92, Fabulous Chianti Classico. Wonderful aromas of crushed blackberries and cherries. Full-bodied, with velvety tannins and a long, long finish. Best from 2001 through 2004. 3,000 cases made. (3000 cases produced).
WA,92. US$42, The dark ruby-colored 1997 Chianti Classico Riserva Rancia (3,000 cases) is aged two years in large wood as well as small barriques.
With its chewy, powerful, meaty aromas, this wine begs to be drunk with steak. Notes of licorice, smoke, spice box, cedar, and black cherry jam can be found in this ripe, concentrated, muscular wine. Lay this one away for 2-3 years, and consume it over the following 17-18 years.
5.Felsina, 1997 Toscana Fontalloro
WS.92, Tight and powerful. Slightly rough, yet racy. Attractive aromas of dried cherries, berries and lilacs. Full body. Silky tannins. Long, slightly austere finish.
Give this time, please. Best after 2003. 2,665 cases made
WA.87, US$60,The 1997 Fontalloro (rated 87) may be the finest made from this single vineyard (and I have tasted them back through the early eighties).
Aged two years in French oak, there are 3,000 cases of this spectacular wine. Dense ruby/purple-colored, with a chocolate espresso-scented nose infused with cherry liqueur, it is a full-bodied, sweet wine with wonderful fatness, terrific ripeness, plenty of glycerin, and a chewy, long, spicy finish. There is some tannin in this youthful offering, but its appealing flamboyance is attention-getting. It should last for 12-15+
6. Isole e Olena, 1997 Toscana Cepparello
WS.96, 1999百大第三名 ,This blockbuster of a Sangiovese shows layers of ripe fruit on the palate, with loads of ripe tannins and a long, fruity finish.
Truly monumental for this producer and appellation. Breathtaking. Best after 2002. (3900 cases produced)
