At the plaza of Tigher City on Sunday afternoon, there always are crowds of people, watching car-selling show, waiting in the line for the tickets of the movie theater, or watching kids taking skating classes. As for me, I was there last Sunday, being unable to get a ticket and had to watch the kids skating.
