這輩子大概是毀了，但還能開心的時候，我想好好享受那開心的片刻，不受控制的就隨便它，反正不是我能控制的，即使它們全都是我的情緒反應。
妹妹有時會冒出那句老話，應該要有人叫他來跟我說清楚，好讓我能完全放下……這到底有什麼意義？他不可能說清楚，就算他說得清楚，這跟我放不放下又有什麼關係？我到底是還沒放下什麼？又不是因為緊抓著什麼才悲從中來，深沉的悲傷不知怎麼地就忽然舖天蓋地，唯有親身經歷過的才能體會那種無能為力，而體會過的大概都會了然於心，不語微笑看我慢慢熬過。總之，沒有特效藥，也不需要積極處理，不想辦法就是最好的辦法。
人都有各自的業障因果，我承擔自己的，即使天橋上白髮蒼蒼、淚眼重逢的影像老早深刻印在腦海裡，但願永世不再相見！
