Autumn, Sunshine

To my surprise, I received a poem from my friend-Jean.
A beautiful poem about Autumn.
It is true that Autumn is absolutely a breathtaking season in France.
And I would like to share the poem with you.

Autumn, Sunshine....
Light breeze... almost spring...
But no! It’s late november and cold will come soon.
Blue sky, red and orange leaves:
Maple and oak mix in a colour symphony...
Orchestrated by the gold of the one hundred ecu tree.
Along the river flowing calmy,
We walk hand in hand, cheek to cheek
And enjoy the moment.
Silence... just our hearts beat and accompany beauty.
Lazily, a swan and his mate are basking in the afternoon warmth
Slowly carried away on the cold water.
Hand in hand we walk.
Now and then a leave is falling,
Floating in the air,
Scared of hitting too hardly the cold soil.
A few songs: birds bring a charming melody to the end of the season.
Delight.
Let’s take pleasure
In the offer of nature!
