People transfers the pass experience to present

Under organization stress, transference dynamic is most likely to get out of control, followers tend to be more dominated by irrational feelings.

Father manager who protected them and taught them. In return, they were willing to give the leader completely loyalty and obedience

It is interesting to find how the transference work within the organization and how to avoid the tranference happen within the relationship.
