To be like a manager?

Recently I have been asked to cover some duties from Manager.
Providing solutions, building up teamwork and increasing the sales revenue are 3 major topics within these days.

I should say my good and happy life will be end soon! However, I also feel that is great oppotunity to learn too.

Writing a mail to all the sales, have them called the customers and asked customers the factors of decresing sales within these days.

However, they all have different reasons for not doing that.

Saprina, I do not know who should I call?

Saprina, I have contacted them by mail already, I do not wannt to call them, anyway.

Saprina, my sales revenue do not decrese, I do not need to do it, right?

Saprina, bara bara bara.....

Whatever, no excuse! Our solution is no more excuse, just do what I say

It is not my nature to be tough. Please do not force me to act like that!
