【生活】風邪

情況很糟糕…這週患了重感冒,我想這和天氣變化有莫大
關連。多年已將自身調整為熱帶型體質,因此在溫度急降
時,毛孔調節跟不上運作而使溫差增加,又於五月份抵抗
力遽減,來到六月初夏,終臨病一場。

這麼一來,合音暫停,但是體能強化不得暫緩,因為人隨
著年齡的增長,體能會隨之下降,但若不作有效鍛鍊,下
降的斜率會非常的大。

所以運動除了增進身體健康也是為了使體能下降減緩。

近期狀況除了風邪,營寨的氣氛也不是非常好,因為匚少
品有了新決策,而這項決策也夾帶了許多問題,新決策就
是每天早上都要開會報告進度。你們沒有看錯也沒聽錯,
就是每天。而他原本說花個十分鐘報進度就好了,但是從
第一次執行的時候,我順手把碼錶按下去…。

50分又22秒…

好個十分鐘,雖然我不是敢怒不敢言的人,但在提出前要
有完整的構想,心想第一次開,就先靜觀其變。(好孩子
別學,隨便職場發怒言 = 隨時回家吃自己)

很快的第二天。72分又42秒…
匚少品可能有發現我們這些小咖在底下騷動)也或許他只
是剛好找到這篇…),藉讀書會的資料《Bill Gates的十
大金言》發信告知我們。信裡的第十條寫著:「不要在背
後批評別人,更不能說自己的老闆無知。」

基本上個人是不會完全相信那類轉寄郵件,很快地進行追
查原文的行動。

Rule 9: Life is not divided into semesters. You don’t get summers off and very few employers are interested in helping you FIND YOURSELF. Do that on your own time.

Rule 10: Television is NOT real life. In real life people actually have to leave the coffee shop and go to jobs.

Rule 11: Be nice to nerds. Chances are you’ll end up working for one.

自己決定的東西不需怕別人笑話無知,但在出現問題時不
應該繃著臉沒有勇氣嘗試革新。

在此多謝關心。

胖仔兒:
光是運動可不見得瘦的下來,水份的補充和飲食控制也是關鍵。當然我所呈述的是比較健康的減肥方法。

光仔:
20歲衰老是正常,過去我們都誤以為20來歲方達體能高峰,經醫學家證實,人的骨骼、內臟等器官在20芳齡時,成長能力就逐漸走下坡了。

本文的圖僅供參考,而基本上體能的走勢確實是如此。

玉小兒是學醫的麼?
說得正是,因為臟腑平日持續在運作,熬夜使之無法正常休息排毒,致使負擔加重,老化速度增快。

沒甚麼要事,子丑時一定要躺平睡覺才好。就算偶爾想去狂歡,也要清楚減輕熬夜傷害的法子才行。
