To be, or not to be?

最近很煩.
What's the next?
Service Desk Implementation 是我 maintain 這裡 Services 多年想做的一個總結. Maybe just E-Form 也夠了. Becoz I have learned a lot of new concept from consultants. And current operation is not far from their best practice. So tools is not the most important. But, the most importances 都不在我手上:
(1) 7*24 monitor center (有人還不想動...)
(2) 7*24 call center (有人還不想接)
(3) Auto-detect machanism integration with ServiceDesk system (還有 bottleneck)
(4) Servicedesk Admin (why not me??)
And 自己又很難出國.. 怎麼辦?

if finally here own global operation..? maybe more and more possible?
