歌曲的創作背景來自93年3月20號，愛爾蘭共和軍IRA炸彈攻擊英格蘭Cheshire郡Warrington一家購物中心造成兩名孩童傷亡的新聞，歌中提出對愛爾蘭的獨立運動的省思ˋ也嚴厲譴責莫名的戰爭與暴力事件對無辜百姓與孩童所造長的傷害與恐懼。這首歌被MTV頻道選為94年最佳單曲，並入圍95年MTV音樂錄影帶大獎"最佳另類音樂錄影帶"。
