two more day is Singapore National Day

Singapore coming to 42th years old already..
Time really passed very fast until everyone cant realise it..

recalled back i had being in Singapore
almost going to 8years plus...

today knock off on dock...dare not to run any way...
body immune really let me headache...
friends ask for badminton games also
dare not to go for it...
scared later on my body getting worst again...
now only pray hard that my body can fully recover...

else I really cant go for a badminton games..
i like the feel of sweating and smashing...
although just few hours also shoik...:P

what really happen to ur body?
cant be sick so long one wow?
do u have high blood pressure those sypmton?
u better go check by doctor dun play play leh.ur health wont come back if u dun even know wat is the main cause of ur body problem.
