真的很久没有开笔了
现在有些不知该写什么的情况发生似的
家里的电脑刚刚修好
把所有的零件组修好
今天才真的有时间写些记录

新的工作环境
经过朋友的介绍真的进入到一间我梦寐以求一再期待的工作环境了 - Audit Firm, 虽然它是间小型的公司但是有着它的潜能在内。记得当天去面试时是带着有就接受的心态，所以得失心没有多大。面试过后，老板就当场肯定了我的定位也就在隔天把就的工作辞去了。在旧的工作把信程上，老板的表面功夫还真的是一流。没有这么好言挽留等等。只是在员工的面前提到“虽然很想把她挽留但既然她有好的发展那么就祝她成功等等话语”
等着进入新的工作环境的心态没有什么不同，只是希望我真正往我所向往的目标达到。
新工作的开始有着些许的变化，那么就是我不必自己去输入资料了。我的工作性质就是查证那些被输入的资料是否正如所需的程式出现在软件内。我的这个职位因为是老板口中所谓新成立的，如果要真的能看到成果需要些许的日子。期间如果有时会需要到帮忙别的部门些许的Filing等等。
转眼一晃，在这里也快要一两个月了。
My boss did in-charge of four profit centers, and it was consist of, Secrectarial services, Taxation, Audit team & Accounts. His main duty is to do the survey and try his best to persuade customers send in their works so that we can gain the income from there. Each department has it own method to achieve the goal in order to produce bonuses and increment. During the period of working in this company, I really learnt lot of things, it was because, during previously, I worked as a cost centre and not a profit centre so every minites we spend did not to take into consideration that whether I do have any increment or bonuses. As for now, every hours or seconds we spend is needed to be justified whether it was worth of the timing you spend off or not. Besides that advise from boss is as a professional, every words out from our mouth must be very careful because we need to be responsible for every single words out from our mouth. Over here, it was all the new things to me and my mind set totally need to be brush up.
