有各朋友寄來這則笑話:

我實在一點也笑不出來!

 

MEDICARE COVERAGE

The phone rings and the lady of the house answers, 'Hello.'

'Mrs. Sanders, please.' 

'Speaking.'

'Mrs. Sanders, this is Doctor Jones at Saint Agnes Laboratory. When your husband's doctor sent his biopsy to the lab last week, a biopsy from another Mr. Sanders arrived as well. We are now uncertain which one belongs to your husband. Frankly, either way the results are not too good.' 

 'What do you mean?' Mrs. Sanders asks nervously.

 'Well, one of the specimens tested positive for Alzheimer's and the other one tested positive for HIV. We can't tell which is which.'

 'That's dreadful! Can you do the test again?' questioned Mrs. Sanders. 

 'Normally we can, but Medicare will only pay for these expensive tests one time.' 

 'Well, what am I supposed to do now?' 

 'The folks at Medicare recommend that you drop your husband off somewhere in the middle of town. If he finds his way home, don't sleep with him.'

 

我笑不出來的原因是:

1.不管有沒有保險幾付，檢驗人員把檢體弄混了就是失職，理當從做一次，以示對事情負責，哪有那各臉要求家屬再婦一次檢驗費用!  病人因為再次檢驗有時是再受苦痛一次，沒有求償已經不錯了!!  怎麼會理所當然要家屬付出再次檢驗費用 ( 如果家屬決定再檢驗一次時)?

2. 推卸責任也就罷了，所提的餿主意也真是令人倒胃！竟然叫家屬故意放病人在街上，以測試是否得到阿滋海默症 ( 阿茲海默症者可能找不到回家的路)。 若是回家也可能是愛滋患者!! 

這樣的態度被視為笑話流傳，我很驚訝大家的麻木不仁!

這世風真到見怪不怪的地步了嗎??

好像一切歪理變態都是當然合理化了!!

太奇怪，難道大家都睡著了嗎?  醒著也是睡著的?
