hummus~ just love it~ 

A very versatile dip, hummus can be served as part of a meze,

 with fresh crusty bread or pita bread to be dipped in to,

 or to jazz up an everyday meal.

The portions are really generous, price point is

perfect and the service is outstanding.

 They have a really wide range menu selection

 but I think they should just do greek, which is their specialty.

In Greece, everywhere you go there are little pie shops

 selling all types of pies (pitta's), the most popular

being the spanakopita and tiropita (cheese pie),

as well as many other types, sweet and savoury.

Keftedes is a delicious Greek meatball recipe.

This Greek recipe for meatballs is different to other meatball recipes

 which come in a sauce and are often served with spagetti.

 These are little balls of mince, rolled in flour and fried.

Dolmades are a wonderful delicacy, popular in Greece

 as well as other mediterranean countries.

 The Greeks love to use stuffing, and have created

 many wonderful meals this way.

 Dolmades are little morsels of stuffing, rolled up in a vine leaf.

They are great as an appetizer to start a meal or

 serve them with an avgolemono sauce,

rice and salad and you have a delicious main meal.

 They are wonderful served either warm or cold.

Tzatziki - Cucumber Yogurt Dip

Cool and creamy, this tangy cucumber dip flavored with garlic is the perfect compliment to grilled meats and vegetables.

It's served on the side with warm pita bread triangles for dipping,

and is also used as a condiment for souvlaki.
