The Mosaic Bar & Grill is a dining room at the Hyatt Regency Hotel.

Serves a wide variety of menu items.

The hotel itself is all conventions and you have to do a

little searching to find Mosaic

 (located on the hotel’s second floor)

 but don’t let that fool you into thinking Mosaic is

 just a run-of-the mill steam-table operation.

The chef Chad Minton is formerly of the Ritz Carlton San Francisco

and has brought the food up-to date by combining local

ingredients in clever all be it simple fashions.

The ambiance was nice!

 

 The menu changes seasonally.

 

We asked for bread twice.

 Mosaic is SO much better than all the other overrated/hyped places for tourists!

 You should come try :)

 The slow cooked items are all excellent.

It to be one of the most tender,

perfectly cooked pieces of meat I’ve ever tasted.

Black cod$28  

Great atmosphere for romantic or group dinners, drinks, or dessert.

we had a seat by the window overlooking burrard st and it felt very nice and cozy.
